What size are your socks?
Our men’s socks have been designed as a 'one size fits all' for the following sizes:
UK: 6.5 - 11
EUR: 40 - 45
US: 7.5 - 12

What is the quality of your socks?
We manufacture our socks with a blend of high quality combed cotton in combination with polyester and spandex that is carefully sourced to ensure our socks are comfortable, anti-bacterial and breathable.

How long will it take to process my order?
Your order will be processed within 2 business day. After your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email that includes the details of your purchase.

How much is delivery?
We offer free shipping in the UK on orders of £50.00 or more. For orders of less than £50.00 we charge a flat rate of £3.00 GBP.

Do you deliver internationally?
Yes we do. Please see our Delivery and Returns page for more info.

When will my order be delivered?
Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be delivered.

PLEASE NOTE: We partner with different vendors and your order may arrive separately due to dispatch from different warehouses.

Drop shipping is the term used when the manufacturer/supplier sends an item directly from their warehouse to you and not from our own SocksFresh warehouse.  As a result arrival times will vary, and it will be sent separately to any other product(s) in your order.

Please note: International delivery times vary, but you should allow up to 3-4 weeks for your order to arrive due to variables outside of our control.

What is your policy around buying items containing alcohol?
Items containing alcohol can only be ordered by and delivered to persons aged 18 and over. By ordering you are confirming that you are over the age of 18.

Please note that any alcohol goods will be shipped by a third party company who is fully licenced to sell alcohol.

How do I change my order?
In the unlikely event that you made a mistake with you order please email us immediately at hello@socksfresh.com, it is important you contact us before your order is dispatched.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order for a full refund if your order has not been dispatched. please email hello@socksfresh.com as soon as possible to arrange a cancellation before your order is dispatched. All order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order reference number.

Can I return or exchange my order?
All sales made are final and we do not do refunds or exchanges. Please see our Delivery and Returns page for more info.
